Our tours give the opportunity for exploring the detailed processes behind the making of craft beers and spirits. It also provides a genuinely enjoyable experience.
Since we’re located in one of the best beer cities in Europe, Brussels in Belgium, we’re not only visited by European students, but also by students from all around the world. For example, we’ve had the pleasure of receiving different groups of business students coming all the way from the USA!
The tours are led by Dan, a master brewer-distiller, sharing with you the story behind his beloved brewery-distillery, the brewstillery as we like to call it! You get to learn all about craft beers and spirits and be familiar with brewing concepts such as fermentation and ingredient selection along with flavour balancing.
Some students come because they're interested in seeing the production side—how brewing and distillation work—while others come from business schools and are interested in learning about the management side of things. As entrepreneurs, we are eager to share our journey of creating a startup from scratch, providing firsthand expertise of operating a small business and working through the industry’s obstacles and opportunities, while motivating the future generation of entrepreneurs.
