What up party people - the marketing teams letting me write again, this time about wrapping up an amazing year in our humble brewery and distillery! They’re gonna regret that decision.

Nah, just playing. I’m about to spit some fire your way about all the fun things we did this year and what’s going on for next year!

First off 2025… Oh boy oh boy… we started off hard, was looking grim with bills coming in left and right, but luckily, we make some pretty good stuff so we were able to stave off the wolves and keep everyone happy… and drunk. We missed a few holidays and celebrations but we are going to work on that for next year, but still managed to have our annual July 4th BBQ, had some badass burgers and a lot of fun for all. Crushed out oh about a bazillion batches of beer and spirits, cleaned our tanks a quadrillion times, and oh shit I forgot we got our BIG BOY STILL installed… took a while to get in the door but once we did, we were all very happy and sore. Destroyed our entry wall though and wrecked our garage door but it got done, gotta crack some eggs if ya want omlettes right? We’re officially the only whisky distillery in Brussels!
Â
We took a step back from festivals due to how busy we were. Still managed to get Lille Craft Beer Fest under our belt, our first ever international festival… Sorry Wolff was meant to be you but once again, I can’t read right. Did the Iris festival in the Park here in Brussels as well and a pretty sweet Braderie Ixelles as well.
Â
We made tons of new friends along the way, met some pretty cool people that opened a lot of new doors and leveled us up quite a bit. Thanks specifically to Colleen for giving some badass advice on CO2 usage, Carien for amazing brewery tours in our absence and Ian for crushing our some amazing biznass dev work. Prince for solid work on all fronts and our all star local crew in getting our badass still inside the building. Also to our core team as always: Aylin killing it left and right, able to do all things in the brewery better than me and learning how to distill on top of it. All the team members who’ve come and gone we love you all too and without you all it wouldn’t have been possible.
Â
